History
In 1995 Kathryn F. Serl, CPA and Shelby M. Keefer, CPA combined their individual practices to form Serl & Keefer, CPAs. Since that time Kathryn has retired and Shelby remained as the managing partner of the firm. In 2011, Kelly K. Welter, CPA, after six years in her own practice, joined the firm and SKW was born. Shelby and Kelly have over 40 years of experience in providing accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and a wide variety of small and medium sized businesses.
